Come and get a little festive with Sonia from Little Lane as we spend a lovely few hours creating our very own Macramé Christmas Decorations.
There's something so special about a handmade Christmas, especially when your tree is filled with decorations you've made yourself. And these gorgeous little macramé creations are sure to become favourites that you'll look forward to bringing out year after year.
In this relaxed and friendly Christmas macramé workshop, you'll learn how to transform beautiful recycled cotton cord and other materials into a collection of handmade Christmas decorations, perfect for hanging on your tree, decorating your home or giving as thoughtful little gifts.
If you've never tried macramé before, don't worry! Sonia will guide you through the basic knots and techniques, showing you just how easy and enjoyable this lovely craft can be.
Once you've mastered a few simple knots, you'll be amazed at what you can create with a little cotton cord and your own two hands.
Please Note: This class will be held in Studio 2 which is upstairs and unfortunately does not have wheelchair access.

No previous macramé experience is necessary, so whether you're completely new to macramé or have enjoyed a little knotting before, you're very welcome.
Come on your own, bring a friend or make it a lovely festive outing together. We'll have the kettle on and everything ready for you to settle in, unwind and enjoy a little creative time out.
And the best part? Once you've learnt the knots, you can keep creating your own Christmas decorations for years to come. Handmade gifts for everyone!
Workshop Details
- Open age class – suitable for ages 12+
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult
- No previous experience required – perfect for beginners
- All materials included plus light refreshments

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We do require a minimum number of people to run each class. In the rare event we do not meet the minimum numbers required to run a class, you will be offered your choice of a class transfer to a new date or a full refund.
In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. Little Lane workshops and the attending creatives hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop.
