Our beautiful upstairs Studio is available for casual rental - a beautiful carpeted space suitable to craft and holistic classes and workshops or team meetings.

Please note - this studio has stair access only and being carpeted, it is not suitable for painting classes.

The studio can be configured with or without table seating for 16 people.

 

INCLUSIONS
Tables and stools for up to 16 people (can be removed if not required)
A kitchenette and fridge, tea & coffee urn and microwave.
Wifi
Air con & heating
Choice of bright lighting for meetings and classes or ambient lighting.
Plenty of power outlets 
Downstairs bathroom
Some undercover visitor parking and plenty of street parking available. 

 

PRICING

Weekdays & Evenings Mon - Fri

$50 per hour (minimum 3 hour rental)

 

Weekends Sat & Sun (pending availability)

$100 per hour (minimum 2 hour rental)

 A non refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot and full payment is due 7 days before your booking.
