From the 1st July, 2023, a $50 Creative Kids Voucher will be available via Service NSW However it is ONLY available to those who did not use their $100 voucher in the first half of 2023.
IMPORTANT INFO: The Creative Kids Vouchers can ONLY be used to book into in person workshops and classes they cannot be used to purchase craft kits or supplies or gift vouchers and you must submit your voucher first before you place your booking as they cannot be paid or refunded retrospectively after you place a booking.

Can I use my Creative Kids Vouchers to purchase craft kits or supplies or Gift Vouchers?
Unfortunately no. The NSW Government only permits The Creative Kids Vouchers to be used to book into in person workshops and classes they cannot be used to purchase craft kits or supplies or Gift Vouchers.
How many Creative Kid's Vouchers do we get each year?
Currently, the NSW Government provided each school age child one voucher per year to the value of up to $100 to be used by 30th June 2023. From the 1st July, 2023, a $50 Creative Kids Voucher will be available via Service NSW However it is ONLY available to those who did not use their $100 voucher in the first half of 2023.

Can I claim multiple Creative Kid's vouchers for all my kids?
Yes, you can - however you will need to submit the form for each child. Please refresh the page after each form submission.
How long will it take after I submit the form to get my voucher code from you?
We are pretty speedy around here so you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hours (usually much quicker than that).
What if my booking is more than the value of the Creative Kids Voucher?
If your order amount exceeds the voucher amount, you can pay the difference via Paypal or credit card at the checkout.
I have changed my mind, can I get a refund in cash?
Unfortunately no, the vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If you have a change of mind about the workshop you have chosen to use it on, you may transfer to another class with a minimum of 14 days notice.
What classes can my child do?
Children age 5 to 13 can attend any of our School Holiday Programs, After School Classes or Child Specific Workshops.
Children over the age of 12 can attend most of our open age workshops (excluding resin, Kintsugi and Pyrography which are 16 plus) but they must attend with an adult who in also a participating ticket holder.
