Slow down, get creative, and immerse yourself in the meditative art of mosaics in this hands-on, artist-led workshop.
In this mosaic workshop, Mosaic Artist Meredith Scott will guide you through the core principles of mosaic art while learning how to safely cut glass tiles using round wheel cutters. You will explore colour, pattern, and texture as you design your own piece, choosing between a guided mandala sketch or a freeform design that reflects your personal style.
Your instructor will show you how to arrange and fix your tiles before finishing your artwork with grout, bringing everything together into a beautifully polished piece.
By the end of the workshop, you will take home your completed mosaic, approximately the size of a round placemat. It can be used as a wall hanging or a functional trivet, making it both decorative and practical.
No previous experience is required. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those looking to reconnect with their creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment. All materials are provided, and you will be guided every step of the way.

Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We do require a minimum number of people to run each class. In the rare event we do not meet the minimum numbers required to run a class, you will be offered your choice of a class transfer to a new date or a full refund.
In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
