Join crochet artist Aires Hegarty from Lola Loves to Crochet for this relaxed and creative crochet basket workshop.
This class is suited for those who already know basic crochet stitches including; chain, slip stitch and single crochet and it is perfect for those who would like to build their confidence while learning a new project.
Participants will learn how to create a beautiful crochet basket with leather handles using premium Bobbiny 5mm braided cord.
Settle in for a calm, creative session where Aires will guide you step by step through the process of making your own basket.
Your finished basket will measure approximately 13cm high and 26cm wide, making it perfect for storing yarn, craft supplies, plants or everyday household items.
There will also be extra cord included in your kit, allowing you to take the remaining materials home and create a second smaller basket in your own time.

Please Note:
Depending on the speed at which individuals work at - some participants may finish their basket during the class, while others may prefer to complete it later at home. There is absolutely no pressure. The focus of this workshop is simply to enjoy the creative process and learn a new skill in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
This class will be held in Studio 2 which is upstairs and unfortunately does not have wheelchair access.

- Open age class – suitable for ages 12+
- As this is an open age class - children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We do require a minimum number of people to run each class. In the rare event we do not meet the minimum numbers required to run a class, you will be offered your choice of a class transfer to a new date or a full refund.
In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
