Using your arms as the needles, you’ll be guided step-by-step to create a luxe chunky wool lap blanket while learning the foundations of arm knitting in a calm, supportive setting.
Perfect for absolute beginners (no knitting experience needed) or anyone wanting to expand their fibre skills, this workshop is a mindful, confidence-building introduction to working with wool.
By the end of the session, you’ll take home your own handmade merino wool blanket (approx. 60cm x 140cm) and a solid understanding of the techniques needed to keep creating at home.

Workshop Details
- Open age class – suitable for ages 12+
- As this is an open age class - children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
- No previous experience required – perfect for beginners
- All materials are included plus light refreshments

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We do require a minimum number of people to run each class. In the rare event we do not meet the minimum numbers required to run a class, you will be offered your choice of a class transfer to a new date or a full refund.
In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. Little Lane workshops and the attending creatives hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop.
