Step into a playful and freeing creative experience with our Gel Plate Printmaking Workshop in Sydney, guided by the wonderfully talented Rowan of Little Rowan Redhead.
This hands-on gel plate mono printing workshop is all about letting go, experimenting, and rediscovering the joy of making art without pressure. Gel printing is fast, fun, intuitive and a little bit addictive in the best way.
During the workshop, you’ll explore a variety of techniques using gel printing plates, acrylic paints, stencils, masks, stamps, and everyday household textures to create beautifully layered prints and textured papers. Each piece you make will be completely unique.
No experience is needed. This workshop is designed for beginners and seasoned creatives alike. If you have ever felt stuck or hesitant to start, this is your gentle invitation to loosen up and simply play.
Rowan will guide you step by step, sharing her favourite materials along with practical tips and creative tricks to help you get the most out of this expressive art form.
By the end of the session, you will leave with a collection of your own gel prints and mono-print artworks, along with the confidence to keep creating at home.
Come solo or bring a friend. You will be welcomed into our warm, nurturing studio space where creativity flows easily and everyone feels at home.

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We do require a minimum number of people to run each class. In the rare event we do not meet the minimum numbers required to run a class, you will be offered your choice of a class transfer to a new date or a full refund.
In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop.
