Come and join us for this beautiful healing workshop and experience a Sound Healing Bath that can be felt as incredible waves resonating through the body to heal, reduce stress and promote deep blissful relaxation.
In this transformative session you will embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being through the power of sound.
Drawing upon both the ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding, you will experience the therapeutic properties of sound vibrations and their ability to restore harmony and balance within the mind, body, and spirit and promote healing on multiple levels and you will have a chance to get hands on with some of the sound healing instruments.
Your guide Kathryn considers sound healing to be an important modality in her medicine bag as it is able to assist in the processing and shifting of energy and emotions, which, if left frozen in our being, have the ability to manifest as mental illness, physical discomfort and disease.
This class is a beautiful alternative for those who may find it hard to sit and meditate and quieten the monkey mind but long for the blissful relaxation meditation can bring about. All you need to do is lie back under the cuddly blankets we provide, relax and soak it up.
Please Note: This class will be held in Studio 2 which is upstairs and unfortunately does not have wheelchair access.

Your space in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
We do require a minimum number of people to run each class. In the rare event we do not meet the minimum numbers required to run a class, you will be offered your choice of a class transfer to a new date or a full refund.
In the event you forget to come or you are unable to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable after the event.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. Little Lane workshops and the attending creatives hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop.
