Are you looking to enhance your creativity and clear your mind? Facing a creative block or just looking to discover how to create your own unique mandala artwork?
Join us in the Mindful Mandala workshop with Amy Clarke @ALWClarkeART
Mandalas are a fantastic way to bring out the hidden artist in everyone while accessing that divine feeling of flow, where time seems to lose it’s self.
Once you’ve learnt the basic techniques of drawing Mandalas, you’ll be able to produce artwork with limitless possibilities, from simple flowers to complex abstract creations.
No experience is necessary and all materials are provided
What to Expect
- Learn the basic origins and history of Mandalas
- Discover how to create your own Mandalas from scratch, with a variety of techniques suitable for any ability
- Learn pencil and ink techniques
- Experiment with doodle techniques and patterns
- Learn how to use your Mandala as a form of meditation (during creation and after)
- Insights into how to interpret your Mandala
- You’ll be given the tools required to continue creating Mandalas at home
About the Tutor
Amy Clarke is an artist and illustrator, originally from the UK, who lives on the Northern Beaches with her husband and young son. After being diagnosed with Postnatal Depression and Anxiety - Amy used art, specifically Mandalas, as a way of moving through some painful times. She has a passion for breaking down the mental illness stigma and helping others develop their own creativity.
In this workshop you’ll learn a little about her story and how she’s use the wonderful art of Mandalas turn her life around.

Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place.
