WATERCOLOUR FOOD ILLUSTRATION Sunday 05.04.20 2.30 - 5.30pm
There is no sweeter watercolour class than this one with Alina Koo who is visiting us from Malaysia.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who wish to learn how to draw sweet delights in a different style to the norm, from loose form to more detailed realistic Etsy style illustrations.
The skills you will learn will allow you to make beautiful wall art, gift cards or illustrations.
The class will start with simple wet on wet techniques where you’ll be painting donuts, popsicles and macarons, then each participant will choose a photo reference (real cheesecake, cupcake, ice-cream or kakigori) and proceed with a detailed illustration.
No two finished pieces will be alike!
Guided hands-on participation will be carried out to reinforce the concepts and methods shared during the workshop.
All materials will be provided and no experience is necessary and this class is suitable for age 12 and up.
